水冷射频治疗头面部带状疱疹后神经痛的护理

摘要： 目的总结水冷射频治疗头面部难治性带状疱疹后神经痛的围手术期护理方法。方法对13 例患者进行回顾性分析。结果患者术后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)明显低于术前(P<0.01)，术后并发的严重水肿在2~3 周内明显减轻或消退。结论水冷射频治疗头面部难治性带状疱疹后神经痛疗效确切，围术期护理方法安全、可行，值得推广。

Abstract: Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care of cooled radiofrequency for refractory craniofacial postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 13 refractory craniofacial postherpetic neuralgia patients were reviewed. Results Visual analogue score significantly decreasedafter the treatment (P<0.01), and severe dropsy after treatment was relieved in 2~3 weeks. Conclusion The cooled radiofrequency iseffective on refractory craniofacial postherpetic neuralgia, while the perioperative nursing care was safe, feasible, and worthy for more application.
